LA TARTUFATA® - Concentrated cream of White Truffles and Porcini Mushrooms. Appreciated and known throughout the world, it has been the flagship of the Maison Inaudi for years. This very concentrated cream is an excellent condiment to use on all first courses (rice, tagliatelle, gnocchi, etc.), on meat fillets, roasts, with fondue and on any dish of the chef's imagination.
How to use: we recommend using it at the end of cooking, diluting one teaspoon per person of LA TARTUFATA® Inaudi with a little olive oil, cooking cream or pasta cooking water.

Packaging: 80g glass jar
Ingredients: porcini mushrooms 84% (Boletus edulis and related group), olive oil, white truffles 3% (Tuber magnatum), salt, carrots, onions, aromatic herbs, spices, flavourings, acidity regulator: lactic acid. GLUTEN FREE.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, cover with olive oil, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
