Philosophy: would it take less time to harvest mechanically and save resources to invest differently? Could it be possible to increase production by purchasing from third parties? Certainly. But Mastrototaro Food doesn't care. Here quality wins over cold numbers. Harvesting is done strictly by hand and the products are processed exclusively "fresh", that is, within a few hours after harvesting to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the vegetables. The processing is also done by hand, as for homemade preserves, with a differentiated cooking according to the size of the vegetables and in small doses, so that it is perfect.
