Ingredients: marinated peppers (68g used per 100g of finished product) (Carmagnola peppers, white wine vinegar (contains SULPHITES), sugar, white wine, salt), extra virgin olive oil 17%, ANCHOVIES sauce 7.8% (oil extra virgin olive oil, ANCHOVIES from the Cantabrian Sea (Engraulis encrasicolus) 22% of the sauce, white wine vinegar (contains SULPHITES), parsley), TUNA in oil 7.6% (TUNA (Thunnus albacares), olive oil, salt ), garlic.

Pairing and preparation: ideal as an appetizer. Pour it into a dish and mix gently.

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. After opening store in a refrigerator and use within 72 hours.
