Description

All our rice is 100% Italian, without preservatives and GMO free.

Rice flour has a mild flavor and is naturally gluten-free. Thanks to this precious feature, it is used in the preparation of many recipes for those suffering from celiac disease. Use it to prepare shortcrust pastry, an ideal base for cakes, pies and biscuits. To facilitate leavening, add baking soda to the dough. Use it to prepare rice gnocchi, gluten-free pasta, bread or as a thickener for creams and sauces.
