Perfect paired with red meats, pepper fillet and cold cuts.
Tasting notes: intense ruby red color. Intense bouquet with aromas of red fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly delicate, full-bodied and with a good persistence.
Vinification: obtained from the best vineyards of the company located on the hills of Rimini. Vinified after a careful selection of the bunches. After 10 months of maturation in the tank it is bottled and subsequently refined in the bottle.
