Alba - Piedmont
The company grows its I.G.P. certified hazelnuts. on the historic hills of Alba "la Missione" personally taking care of all stages of cultivation. The sustainable philosophy of the company is applied at every stage of production: fertilization is made only with natural products, the use of solar panels allows the company to use self-produced energy.
Starting from the "grandmother's old recipes" the company gave life to the creams. Prepared without preservatives, dyes or emulsifiers, the creams are available in 3 variants all composed of 51% hazelnuts: “La Bianca” with milk, “La Gianduja” with milk and cocoa and “La Fondente” with pure bitter cocoa. The "Hazelnut paste" is produced with 100% hazelnuts and without the addition of other ingredients.
