Il Tartufato Bianco - Olive oil with White Truffle Inaudi 100ml

Our oil with White Truffle "Il Tartufato Bianco" is a condiment that serves to give dishes the pleasant and refined aroma of the Alba White Truffle. It is used either as a substitute for truffles, or together with the prized tuber to strengthen its typical aroma. It is added to risotto, tagliatelle, eggs, fondue, carpaccio, salads or other, only before they leave the kitchen.
How to use: one teaspoon per person, however the quantity may vary according to tastes and dishes. Shake well before pouring.
