Tasting notes: intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense and complex bouquet with elegant hints of red fruits enriched by pleasant floral notes. Balanced and full-bodied on the palate, pleasantly persistent.

Vinification: this wine comes from the best vineyards of Pasolini dall'Onda. The phase of aging in wood is divided between a first period in small-capacity barrels and a subsequent period in carats of precious new French wood.
