Description

Carnaroli rice is a superfine rice with a large grain and represents the best of Italian production, so much so that it has earned the nickname "king of rice". Among all qualities of rice it is certainly the one that remains the most 'al dente': thanks to its characteristics it is in fact considered the best rice for the preparation of risottos and the one most used by the most important chefs.

The grain does not overcook and the release of starch during cooking improves the creaming of the risotto. Thanks to its elongated shape, it is also an excellent choice for the preparation of fresh rice salads.
