Slow cooked meat sauce. Simple and highly selected ingredients: Piedmontese veal and pork pulp, tomato and fresh vegetables, a handful of spices and a slow and delicate cooking.

Ingredients: meat sauce 31% (beef 47%, pork 47%, olive oil), sauce (water, meat extract 12%, CELERY, carrot, onion, olive oil, salt), tomato pulp (tomato , tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), fried vegetables in variable proportions (CELERY, carrot, onion, salt, garlic, olive oil), red wine, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, spices, black pepper.

Pairing and preparation: perfect with egg pasta, but also as a condiment on polenta. Heat over medium heat by adding 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.

Packaging: 180g glass jar

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. After opening store in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
