Ingredients: rabbit meat 50%, tomato pulp (tomato, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), sauce 22% (water, rabbit meat extract 11%, CELERY, carrot, onion, olive oil , salt), onion, carrots, white wine, CELERY, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, corn starch, aromatic herbs in variable proportions 1.3% (thyme, rosemary, parsley), garlic, black pepper.
Pairing and preparation: perfect with egg pasta and potato gnocchi, but also as a condiment on soft polenta. Heat over medium heat by adding 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
