Description

Rosa Marchetti medium rice is an ancient and rare native Italian variety, established in 1964, with small grains; owes its name to its creator. It is characterized by a very particular flavor; the consistency of the rice is soft and it is more crunchy inside. Rosa Marchetti medium rice is suitable all year round and can be used for the preparation of great risottos, although it is strictly recommended for the preparation of excellent soups, timbales and appetizers.
