Ideal for appetizers, perfect in combination with delicate vegetable risotto, radicchio risotto, fish risotto (salmon or seafood risotto), pasta with pesto or tomato, spaghetti with seafood, velvety vegetables or legumes, fish dishes.

Tasting notes: A fresh and pleasant wine. Bright golden straw yellow color. Intense aromas of apple, elderflower, and chamomile, elegant and very fragrant. Fresh on the palate, with citrus, juicy, and mineral notes, well-dry and decisive; beautiful persistence, ending with a classic note of bitter almond.

Vinification: Thanks to rigorous grape selection, Grisela ferments in the complete absence of sulfites. The grapes are protected from oxidation by the use of natural tannins. Healthy grapes and rigorous hygiene prevent bacterial growth from the earliest stages of production. The long maceration on the lees and stirring promote the extraction of glutathione, one of the most powerful natural antioxidants. This limits the addition of sulfites to the final stages of production, when the wine's components are better integrated and less likely to bind with sulfur dioxide.
