Ingredients: water, 24% Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), ricotta (whey, MILK, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt), CREAM (CREAM, stabilizer: carrageenan), EGG yolk, BUTTER, thickener: acetylated corn starch, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Pairing and preparation: to accompany aperitifs, hot or at room temperature with vegetables, bread sticks or croutons, heated to dress egg pasta, pasta dishes and risottos, perfect for making savory pies or to enhance a vegetable soup.

Packaging: 180g glass jar

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. After opening store in a refrigerator and use within 72 hours.
