Description

Preparation: pour the contents of one bag (100g) into a saucepan and add 1/2 liter of cold milk, stirring until cream without lumps.
Pour in the remaining milk, bring to a boil and boil, always stirring for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Pour the boiling pudding into a single mold or into 5 single-serving molds soaked in water or liqueur. The pudding can be served after 2 hours in the refrigerator.
