Description

Pitted Taggiasca olives in extra virgin olive oil. They can be used both raw and cooked. Perfect for the preparation of pizzas, focaccias, snacks, first courses, salads and traditional dishes. Small in size and slightly elongated in shape, these olives are very fleshy and dark in color with shades ranging from green, to purple, to deep brown. Characterized by a very thin skin and a balanced, delicate flavor with a very slight bitter hint.
