Description

Hand-molded crunchy loaves. Here are the Bibanesi with the unmistakable fragrance that only the love for genuine things of those who have been making bread for four generations can give them. The dough, made with flours rich in gluten and precious extra virgin olive oil, without adding any preservatives, is left to rest for over 18 hours: a very slow leavening. At this point the Bibanesi are modeled by hand. Finally, the addition of a light sprinkling of sesame enriches and further enhances their unmistakable flavor. Perfect paired with fresh soft cheeses, aged cheeses and cured meats or simply with a glass of wine for a delicious aperitif!
