The name of the seasoned flat crispy bread "Guttiau" comes from Sardinian language. Guttiau means crispy and seasoned. This product collects flavors that are typical of the Sardinian island: its works is based on the condiment of “Carasau” bread with olive oil and salt, essential ingredients of the Mediterranean diet. Excellent as a snack in any time, equally delicious served with various types of sauces and condiments or salami, and both fresh and seasoned cheeses.
