Description

The Coratina olive tree is one of the most widespread and appreciated cultivars in the Apulian territory. It has an intense yellow-green color. It is a fresh and aromatic oil with intense and deep fruity flavors and a light bitter and spicy aftertaste. Use it raw to enhance the flavor of legumes, salads and fish. Excellent mixed with lemon juice to create a fresh, summery and fragrant condiment.
