Tasting notes: intense ruby red, aromas of red fruit, intense and velvety in the mouth.
Vinification: in the vineyard only the most beautiful and ripest bunches are harvested. It remains in the drying room from two to three weeks. In the cellar, the maceration with the skins is short.
