Description

Bagnet ross is a traditional Piedmontese sauce based on tomatoes and vegetables with garlic, onions and chilli. It has a sweet and sour taste, slightly spicy and less salty than the “bagnet verd”, suitable to accompany various dishes. Try it!

Pairing and preparation: ideal to accompany boiled meats, tomini and fresh cheeses, anchovies, grilled white meats, meatballs.

Ingredients: tomato pulp (used 100g per 100g of finished product) (tomato, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), vegetables in variable proportions 31% (peppers, onions, CELERY, carrots), tomato paste 14% (tomato , salt), parsley, white wine vinegar (contains SULPHITES), olive oil, sugar, salt, garlic, tabasco (wine vinegar, chilli, salt), sage. Origin of the tomato: ITALY.

Packaging: 100g glass jar

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. After opening store in a refrigerator and use within 72 hours.

Allergy info: sulphites, celery. It may contain traces of nuts, eggs, milk, soy, fish and mustard.
