In the Middle Ages, Laudemio was the best part of the harvest, the part destined for the lord's table. Today the Laudemio brand is an ambassador on the tables of the whole world of the great olive oil art of Tuscany.
Located near Barberino di Val d’Elsa, Pasolini dall’Onda has selected about 1000 plants out of a total of 10,000 own olive trees for the production of Laudemio.
Laudemio, extra virgin olive oil, is obtained from the classic Tuscan varieties and is strictly cold extracted.
It has a green color and light yellow-golden notes. The nose is intense, with clear memories of green olives, vegetal tones of grass and light nuances of white apple. The taste is harmonious and well dosed with an elegant bitter-spicy charge that closes in sweet almond. Vegetable notes of artichoke and wild thistle. Ideal raw on soups and fish preparations.
