Sardinia..."logu de pedras", i.e. place of large blocks of stone with its numerous archaeological sites such as Nuraghi, Tombe dei Giganti, Pozzi Sacri, Domus de Janas and with the large statues of Monte 'e Prama but also a land of granite, sandstone, trachyte, marble, basalt and bauxite. And it is in these arid and stony places that the best botanicals grow such as juniper, myrtle, helichrysum, lemon, gentian, wild fennel ... which give rarity and particularity to the aromas and aromatic taste of the products of "Isola delle Pietre".
