Terra dei Venti

Sardinia..."logu de bentu", i.e. place of wind...Wind which, with its changing shapes and multiple names, for centuries, like a god, has reigned supreme over the island, sometimes gently caressing and other times scratches with brutal force this ancient and noble land. The winds from Tramontana, Grecale, Levante, Scirocco, Ostro, Libeccio, Ponente, Maestrale caress the flowers and plants, spreading their seeds and their intense perfumes far away, bringing the rain that refreshes them, quenches their thirst and makes them grow. And it is right here in this land that the best botanicals are born and grown such as myrtle, lemon, helichrysum, gentian, wild fennel and many others, which give rarity and particularity to the aromas and aromatic taste of the products of "Terra dei Venti".
