The story of the biscuits of the Sapori del Lago Nero is the story of a family tradition, of an oven and a small artisan shop, in a tiny village in the Tuscan Apennines. Cookies and sweets made as they once were, "homemade". Simplicity and sustainability for the rediscovery of ancient flavors and knowledge. All products are made in compliance with the strictest Tuscan tradition and allow you to rediscover the taste of "real things", forgotten flavors, a sweet nostalgia or a fantastic novelty.

Sapori del Lago Nero The raw materials used are only of high quality and the use of artificial flavors and tropical oils is excluded. Animal fats come only from dairy products (butter, cream).
