Pairing and preparation: ideal as an ingredient to prepare dishes, alone as an appetizer, as a condiment for first courses, as an ingredient for salads or pizza.

Ingredients: anchovies (Engraulis Encrasicolus) 75%, olive oil 25%, salt. Fished in FAO area 37.2.1 Central Mediterranean Sea/Adriatic Sea.

Packaging: 105g glass jar

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. After opening store in a refrigerator and use within 3 days.
