Tasting notes: very intense ruby red, the nose recalls ripe red fruits, cherries in alcohol, blackberry, black cherry and then leaves room for sweet spicy notes of vanilla and licorice. Long and persistent flavor. Soft and delicate tannin.
Vinification: fermentation at a temperature of 24°C with a maceration on the skins for 15 days, refinement and rest for 2 months in barrique and subsequently in steel.
