Tasting notes: straw yellow color with green reflections, sparkling in the glass. The lively perlage brings to the nose very delicate and authentic aromas such as an exquisite white and exotic fruit jelly wrapped in white flower petals, lime and nettle. In the mouth, sugars and freshness are in perfect balance; savory and mineral finish.
