Cedrata Tassoni, ready in its ideal dose, is a historic Italian drink: a sparkling soft drink, fresh and thirst-quenching, sweet and sour, characterized by the scent of citron. The ingredients are water, sugar, carbon dioxide, citric acid, natural flavors of citrons, citrus and safflower. Originally prepared with Citrus Medica citrons grown on the shores of Lake Garda, today the Cedrata is born from the processing of “diamond” variety citrons ripened in the sun of Calabria.
The bottle of Tassoni Cedrata is a real design jewel: a 180 ml bottle, made of transparent glass and "wrinkled" like the peel of citrus fruits.
Serve in a soda glass with ice and (to taste) with a slice of lemon.
