Tasting notes: Ethereal and enveloping, with excellent consistency, characteristically characterized by notes of red fruits, especially black cherry and cherry. It is a very complex wine with various aromatic nuances that are very well blended and unobtrusive. Light notes of hazelnut, almond, and coffee emerge.
Tasting: Maceration on the skins for 15 days. Aged for 2 years in French oak barrels. Aged for 1 year in the bottle.
