A delicious sauce made with nuts and Parmigiano Reggiano. Perfect for seasoning pasta, egg noodles, or gnocchi. The pesto can be poured directly onto freshly drained pasta. You can also thin the pesto with pasta cooking water. Try it with red meat and mushrooms or with bruschetta. The presence of oil on the surface is normal. Mix well before use.
