Garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Made with high quality fresh garlic, this preserve is a way to enjoy garlic in a different way than usual! Garlic in oil is a much more digestible preserve than you can imagine. Prepared in this way, the garlic takes on a more delicate and sweet flavor, very similar to that of an almond.
