Gandolfo & Tornatore anchovy cream is very delicate and was made following an ancient Ligurian recipe. The anchovy is blended with olive oil until it reaches the right creamy consistency.

Pairing and preparation: for an aperitif, on croutons, to flavor vegetables, to flavor a plate of spaghetti.
Ingredients: anchovies (Engraulis Encrasicolus) 60%, olive oil 40%, salt. Fished in FAO area 37.2.1 Central Mediterranean Sea/Adriatic Sea.
Packaging: 100g glass jar
Storage: store in a cool and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator covered with oil and consume within 3 days. We advise you to dispose of the preservation liquid and use the more solid part to prevent the cream from becoming too salty.
