The Perla Nera Inaudi is a sauce based on mushrooms, summer truffles and black olives. It is excellent on pasta, rice, meat, baked potatoes, canapés, croutons, pizza and many other dishes.

Ingredients: cultivated field mushrooms 42% (Agaricus bisporus), olive oil, summer truffles 17% (Tuber aestivum), black olives, salt, carrots, onions, flavourings, aromatic herbs, spices. GLUTEN FREE.
Storage: store in a cool and dry place and away from direct sunlight. After opening, store covered in oil in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
