Tasting notes: bright straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent perlage. On the nose hints of acacia flowers and elderflowers and fruity aromas of pear and golden apple with notes of lime. Fresh, elegant and delicate taste.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the musts at low temperatures in steel tanks. Second fermentation: refermentation in tank at 15°C
