Description

Inaudi Sapor di Tartufo is a cream based on Porcini mushrooms and summer truffles. It is a very concentrated sauce that appears as a very fine cream. Only top quality materials are used for this product, completely hand-crafted as per tradition so as not to lose either taste or flavour. Excellent on pasta, rice, meat, baked potatoes, canapés, croutons, pizza and many other dishes.
HOW TO USE: dissolve one teaspoon of Sapor di Tartufo per person with cooking cream or cooking water.

Ingredients: porcini mushrooms 84% (Boletus edulis and related group), olive oil, summer truffles 3% (Tuber aestivum), carrots, onions, salt, aromatic herbs, spices, flavourings, acidity regulator: lactic acid. GLUTEN FREE.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, cover with olive oil, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
