Zibibbo nectar is a traditional product of Pantelleria. It is obtained using traditional methods from the cooking of Zibibbo grape must. Zibibbo nectar has a honey-like consistency and has no colorings or additives.
Try it in combination with spicy, mature or fresh cheeses, yogurt or ice cream. Try it in combination with shellfish!
