Italia Ariano Irpino - Campania

The Caccese pasta factory was born in 1973 and is located in Ariano Irpino province of Avellino within an uncontaminated hilly area named Camporeale, an area strongly suited to the production of high quality durum wheat. The durum wheat used to produce pasta is obtained from ancient seeds: low productivity but extremely rich in proteins, gluten and fibers. Durum wheat, grown without chemical pesticides, is a high quality raw material and is free of glyphosates. Pastificio Caccese was the first pasta factory at Km 0, which cultivates and transforms durum wheat capable of guaranteeing the final consumer a healthy, genuine and high quality bronze drawn and dried pasta at low temperature.
