Description

Vanilla pudding. A traditional dessert that appeals to young and old. 2 bags of 100g. Each bag is ideal for 5 servings.

Preparation: pour the contents of one bag (100g) into a saucepan and add 1/2 liter of cold milk, stirring until cream without lumps.
Pour in the remaining milk, bring to a boil and boil, always stirring for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Pour the boiling pudding into a single mold or into 5 single-serving molds soaked in water or liqueur. The pudding can be served after 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: sugar, corn starch, gelling agent: carrageenan, flavorings. Dyes: annatto, curcumin. Gluten free.
