Tasting notes: it has an intense fruity bouquet of green apple and aromatic herbs with an almond finish. The taste has a medium structure with a mineral finish and a good persistence.

Vinification: produced with vineyards over 30 years old at an altitude of 220 meters above sea level. Aging: at least 6 months in steel.
