Description

This extra virgin olive oil is obtained only from Dritta variety olives typical of Abruzzo. On the nose fresh fragrances with fruity notes and marked herbaceous hints of artichoke. On the palate bitter and spicy notes with pleasant fruity sensations and hints of artichoke and almond. Try it for the preparation of salads, meat and fish carpaccio, fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
