Red Tuna Bottarga, carefully selected. Tuna caught with hooks and longlines in the Sardinian Sea. It has a color that varies from light pink to dark pink and its texture is compact and soft.

Ingredients: bluefin tuna roe (thunnus Thynnus), salt.

Pairing and preparation: delicious raw as an appetizer topped with extra virgin olive oil and served on a bruschetta. Also tasty grated on first courses, such as spaghetti or linguine.

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. After opening store in a refrigerator.
