Malloreddus are a type of long and striped shell-shaped pasta made with water and semolina flour. Try them with ragù or “campidanese”, with a sauce of sausage, tomato sauce and saffron. This pasta, however, also goes well with cheeses: first of all, of course, Sardinian pecorino.
