Description

Pears in Nebbiolo. The best Madernassa pears, fresh and fragrant, cooked in Nebbiolo which enhances their sweetness and subsequently preserved with spring water and sugar, according to the Piedmontese tradition.

Ingredients: pears (74g per 100g of finished product) sugar, water, Langhe DOC Nebbiolo 13% wine (contains SULPHITES), lemon juice, cherry puree.

Pairing and preparation: ideal at the end of a meal, to be consumed alone or accompanied with melted chocolate or ice cream.

Packaging: 850g glass jar

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. After opening store in a refrigerator and use within 5 days.

Allergy info: sulphites. It may contain traces of milk, nuts, eggs, fish, celery and peanuts.
