Tasting notes: a modern wine with a ruby red color of good intensity with garnet reflections that are accentuated over time. It has elegant aromas reminiscent of red fruit, tobacco and black pepper. In the mouth it is a full-bodied and tannic wine.

Vinification: soft pressing and subsequent maceration on the skins for about 15-20 days in temperature-controlled tanks. At the end of fermentation, the wine is decanted into barrique where it ages for 10-12 months. Before being released, it remains in the bottle for about 6 months.
