Cammeo rice has a large, translucent and very consistent grain; relatively young rice, born in 2000 from the cross between Californian rice and Italian varieties. Usually used for risotto, it is resistant to cooking, so it is also ideal for rice salads. Cammeo rice is less known than other varieties but offers results comparable to those of other more well-known rice. Cammeo rice has a great absorption capacity and does not break down even at high cooking temperatures.

All our rice is 100% Italian, without preservatives and GMO free.
