Description

Cognà Grape mustard. This sauce belongs to the Piedmontese tradition and in particular to that of the Langhe. Cognà or Cugnà, is made with autumn fruit and Barbera grape must.

Ingredients: grape must (155g used per 100g of finished product) (contains SULPHITES), pears, quinces, apples, figs, sugar, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, orange peel.

Pairing: ideal with fresh goat cheeses, boiled meat, roast game, with panna cotta or with vanilla ice cream.

Packaging: 115g glass jar

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. After opening store in a refrigerator and use within 3 days.
